The time has now arrived
when it becomes necessary
to arrive at a final
decision as to the details

The New British dollar for Hong-
Kong.
I believe it was
decided that the dollar should have the ordinary milled edging,
and the Presses were ordered for this purpose
Subsequently it was
thought desirable that ... somewhat similar to that on
... Sir Frederic Rogers Bart.
